The Hikari Usa AHK72238 is a great value for an efficient, high-quality aquarium water treatment. It uses activated carbon to remove any and all organic components from your tap or well water before it enters the tank. I found 10 customer reviews at the time of writing which gave this product 4.8 stars out of 5 on average with 9 reviewers giving it 5 stars and only one person saying that they would not recommend it to their friends afterwards because “the filter was noisy”
However, no one else seems to have experienced the same difficulties so perhaps it isn’t a widespread problem either!
